1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of Grovik (the "Service"), operated by Holm Marketing, a sole proprietorship registered in Denmark (CVR 45285014), based in Gråsten, Denmark ("Grovik", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.

2. The Service

Grovik is an AI-powered platform that researches keywords, generates SEO-optimized articles and images, and publishes content to your connected website or platform. Features may change over time.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity under it. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

The Service is billed on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or yearly, as selected at signup) per connected domain, at the price shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. We may change pricing for future billing periods with at least 30 days' notice.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your billing settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

6. Content and Ownership

You retain ownership of the website content, brand information, and instructions you provide to us ("Your Content"). You grant us the right to use it solely to provide the Service to you.

Articles, images, and other content generated for you ("Output") are yours to use once generated. AI-generated content may not always be eligible for copyright protection under the laws of every country, and we make no guarantee either way. You are responsible for reviewing Output before publishing it, and for ensuring it complies with applicable laws in your own use.

We do not use your content to train third-party AI models.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content, to attempt to extract or reverse-engineer our underlying systems, to build a competing product, or to circumvent usage limits or security measures. We may suspend accounts that violate this section.

8. No Guaranteed Results

We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic, or business outcomes. SEO and AI search visibility depend on many factors outside our control, including the policies of third-party search engines and AI platforms.

9. Third-Party Platforms

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (such as WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, and Ghost) and with custom webhook endpoints you or your developer configure. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or issues caused by those platforms or endpoints.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
