SEO is four jobs. Grovik does all four.

Find what people search for. Fix what is broken on your site. Publish something worth ranking. Watch what happens next.

First, it learns your business

Grovik reads your site before anything else and writes down what it found. Everything after this is written from it, and every line of it is yours to correct.

Brand DNA

What we know about your business — every article still to come is written from this.

Brand overview

40/250 words

A small coffee bar on a corner in the West Village, roasting its own beans in-house and pulling traditional Italian-style espresso. Sells whole beans and a short food menu alongside the counter trade, and runs public tastings on Saturday mornings.

Tone of voice

34/250 words

Warm and plain-spoken, the way a barista explains something across the counter. Short sentences, no coffee jargon left unexplained, first person plural. Confident about method and never snobbish about what anybody likes to drink.

Target audience

37/250 words

Neighbourhood regulars and people working nearby, plus visitors after somewhere better than a chain. Ranges from someone who wants a quick flat white to home brewers who want to know the roast date before they buy beans.

Job 01

Find

Every keyword is checked against real Google search volume and scored for how hard it is to win, before it ever becomes an article.

Where a topic has no measurable volume - common for local and niche businesses - Grovik labels it as an estimate rather than printing a number for it.

Grovik looks for new keywords every night, and you can look up any phrase yourself.

Runs nightly

  • difference between espresso and coffeeEasy1,900/mo
  • cold brew vs iced coffeeEasy880/mo
  • best coffee shop west villageModerate590/mo
  • how much caffeine in a double espressoVery easy320/mo
  • oat milk latte caloriesHard2,400/mo

Job 02

Fix

Grovik crawls your pages and reports what is holding them back: titles and meta descriptions, headings, canonical tags, sitemaps, structured data, page speed - and whether AI crawlers are allowed to read you at all.

Each finding says what it is, which pages it affects and why it matters, ordered by what to deal with first. Making the changes is your side of it; naming them in plain language is Grovik's.

Run it whenever you like

Site audit

  • Page set to noindex (meta robots)high severity1 page — meta robots: noindex
  • Missing meta descriptionmedium severity12 of 24 pages

  • AI crawlers blocked in robots.txtmedium severityrobots.txt blocks: GPTBot
  • Images without alt textlow severity9 of 24 images

Job 03

Publish

Articles are written from your Brand DNA - the tone, audience and subjects Grovik builds by reading your existing pages - so a new article sounds like the rest of your site.

Then Grovik marks its own work. The draft is scored against the same on-page checks you see in the editor, rewritten where it falls short, and scored again.

When it passes, it publishes to WordPress, Shopify, Webflow or Ghost on its scheduled day - or waits in your dashboard for you to approve it.

Runs on the schedule you set

The rewrite loop

100/ 100

  • title fits the search result
  • description reads to the end
  • depth matches what the topic needs
  • internal links point where they help
  • all checks passed — ready to publish

Example scores. Grovik rewrites up to five times; a draft that still does not pass is held back for you instead of published.

One run, end to end (example timings)

  1. Reads your site

What you sell, and what you cover.

  2. Writes the article

    Your voice, that day’s keyword.

  3. Marks its own work

    Scores it, fixes what fails.

  4. Image and internal links

Linked to pages you already have.

  5. Publishes, or waits for you

Live on schedule, or to your dashboard.

Job 04

Watch

Pick the searches that matter to you and Grovik checks your position every week. The movement sits next to the position, so a keyword that slipped two places reads differently from one that left the top 100.

Once a week it also asks ChatGPT and Perplexity the questions you saved, and once a month it runs a wider review that adds Claude and Gemini - showing you the answer, who it cited, and whether you were one of them.

Weekly and monthly

Rank tracking

Example · weekly
  • difference between espresso and coffee43
  • best coffee shop west village272
  • how much caffeine in a double espresso100+

AI visibility

Example · monthly

Someone asked Perplexity:

Your site was one of them.

  • another-cafe.example

Two plans: $38 a month billed monthly, or $34 a month billed yearly ($408 a year), which saves you $48 a year. The price is per website, and everything is in it — keyword research, articles, images, publishing, the site audit, rank tracking and the AI-visibility checks are not separate add-ons. A second website adds its own price to the same subscription, on one invoice.

No. Every new website starts with three free articles and asks for nothing up front - you enter a card only when you decide to carry on. There is no contract either, so cancelling simply ends future renewals from your account.

There are two clocks. Setup takes minutes and your first article is written the same day. Rankings are the slow one: realistically three to six months before organic traffic moves meaningfully, and longer for competitive keywords on a newer site. Publishing consistently is what makes the compounding happen, and that part Grovik handles - but if the audit turns up something structural on your site, fixing it matters as much as the next article. If you need traffic this week, paid ads are the honest answer, not SEO.

Yes. Every article lands in your dashboard before its scheduled date, where you can rewrite any part of it, change the title, meta fields and URL, swap the featured image, move it to another day, or delete it. Nothing reaches your site before the day you set - and if you would rather approve each one by hand, leave auto-publish off and nothing publishes itself at all.

Edit it or delete it - it never has to publish, and an article you delete takes nothing with it. If the problem is how the writing sounds rather than that one piece, the thing to change is the Brand DNA profile Grovik built from your site: tone, audience and the pages you care about are all editable, and everything written afterwards follows the corrected version.

Directly to WordPress, Shopify, Webflow and Ghost, or to a site built with an AI website builder like Lovable, Bolt or v0. Anything else can use a custom webhook, and you can always export an article as Markdown or HTML and paste it in yourself. If no platform is connected, articles simply wait in your dashboard until you publish them.

You choose - anywhere from one article a week up to one a day, up to 30 articles a month. Grovik spreads them across your calendar instead of publishing them in a burst, and you can change the frequency at any time from settings.

Yes, and that is worth knowing before you start. The articles run on their own: research, writing, images, internal links and publishing all happen on the schedule you set. The audit is the other kind of job - Grovik crawls your site and tells you what is wrong, which pages it affects and why it matters, ordered by what to deal with first, but the changes happen on your site, made by you or whoever built it.
